Estamos em busca de um Representante Comercial para atuar no segmento óptico, com foco em vendas externas e prospecção de clientes no estados da Região Norte ( Amapá, Roraima, Amazonas) . O profissional será responsável por ampliar a presença da marca, fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e impulsionar os resultados na região de atuação.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Representar nossas marcas com excelência, sendo um(a) guardião(ã) dos nossos valores e propósito;- Realizar vendas consultivas, identificando as necessidades dos clientes e oferecendo as melhores soluções;- Proporcionar um atendimento de alto nível, fortalecendo o relacionamento e promovendo a fidelização dos clientes;- Planejar e executar rotas de visitas comerciais de forma estratégica;- Elaborar e colocar em prática planos de ação para o alcance das metas estabelecidas;- Registrar e encaminhar os pedidos à área Comercial, garantindo agilidade e precisão no processo;- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e expandir a atuação na região;- Acompanhar o cliente no pós-venda e no pós-entrega, assegurando uma experiência positiva;- Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de resultados e desempenho comercial .Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em vendas externas e representação comercial, preferencialmente no segmento óptico;CNPJ ativo e registro no CORE (ou disponibilidade para regularização);Veículo próprio e disponibilidade para viagens e atendimento na região de atuação;Excelente habilidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento com clientes;Perfil proativo, organizado, resiliente e orientado para resultados;Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de negócio e desenvolver novas parcerias comerciais.Será um diferencialVivência no mercado óptico e conhecimento do segmento;Carteira ativa de clientes na região de atuação;Experiência com ferramentas de CRM e gestão de indicadores comerciais;Facilidade para planejamento de rotas, organização da carteira e acompanhamento de metas.Modelo de contratação: Representação Comercial (Pessoa Jurídica – PJ).Local de trabalho: Paraná (PR)
