Procuramos um profissional organizado, analítico e com perfil proativo, capaz de atuar tanto em atividades operacionais quanto em projetos de desenvolvimento organizacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a implementação e manutenção de processos, políticas e procedimentos de Recursos Humanos.Realizar o acompanhamento e controle dos programas e iniciativas da área, incluindo avaliação de desempenho, treinamento, engajamento e desenvolvimento de colaboradores.Consolidar e analisar indicadores de RH, elaborando relatórios e apresentações para suporte à tomada de decisão.Manter controles, bases de dados e reportes da área, garantindo qualidade e precisão das informações.Apoiar a comunicação e execução de projetos corporativos relacionados à cultura organizacional, bem-estar e employer branding.Conduzir levantamentos, pesquisas internas e análises de dados para identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de RH.Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção, integração de novos colaboradores e movimentações internas quando necessário.Auxiliar na conferência e organização de informações relacionadas à folha de pagamento, benefícios e demais rotinas de administração de pessoal.Garantir o cumprimento dos calendários, cronogramas e entregas da área junto aos times locais e corporativos.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos processos de Recursos Humanos.Atender colaboradores e gestores em demandas relacionadas à área de RH.Apoiar atividades administrativas e controles financeiros da área quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em Recursos Humanos.Vivência com controle de processos, programas ou projetos de RH.Excel avançado.Capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com indicadores e bases de dados.Inglês avançado ou fluente.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorização.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência com avaliações de desempenho, treinamentos ou iniciativas de desenvolvimento organizacional.Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista.Experiência em ambiente corporativo ou multinacional.Conhecimento de Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dado.Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco, locomoção e deambulação e esporádico esforço físico.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para conferência de materiais, documentos físicos e preenchimento de dados no sistema interno integrado da empresa, e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico, aos fornecedores e colaboradores.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.Informações adicionais
