Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar continuamente a evolução da malha aérea nacional e internacional, identificando alterações de frequências, horários, aeronaves, sazonalidades, novas rotas e cancelamentos.Avaliar os impactos operacionais decorrentes das mudanças na malha aérea, propondo planos de ação e recomendações para otimização dos recursos.Desenvolver análises preditivas para antecipar necessidades operacionais de curto, médio e longo prazo.Construir modelos de previsão de volume operacional utilizando séries históricas, tendências de mercado e informações das companhias aéreas.Desenvolver dashboards executivos e operacionais para acompanhamento de indicadores estratégicos.Criar e manter indicadores (KPIs) relacionados à operação, produtividade, custos, qualidade e performance.Realizar análises financeiras relacionadas às alterações da malha, avaliando impactos em receita, custos, horas extras, utilização de recursos e rentabilidade operacional.Identificar oportunidades de ganho de eficiência através da automação de processos e melhoria contínua.Produzir apresentações executivas com análises, cenários e recomendações para a liderança.Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas como Operações, Comercial, Recursos Humanos, Finanças e Tecnologia para alinhamento dos planejamentos.Apoiar processos orçamentários, forecast e planejamento anual de operações.Liderar acompanhamento de novos contratos e ou novas bases.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Aviação, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Excel, Power BI e ferramentas de análises avançado e domínio de análise de dados;Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais e financeiros;Inglês intermediário ou avançado;Capacidade analítica e raciocínio quantitativo;Organização e atenção a detalhes;Facilidade para transformar dados operacionais em recomendações práticas;Comunicação clara com diferentes níveis da operação;Perfil crítico, orientado a eficiência, custo e qualidade operacional.Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco, locomoção e deambulação e esporádico esforço físico.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para conferência de materiais, documentos físicos e preenchimento de dados no sistema interno integrado da empresa, e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico, aos fornecedores e colaboradores.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.
