Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Ciclo de Crédito para liderar a etapa de concessão de crédito, assegurando qualidade, segurança, agilidade e aderência às políticas e estratégias da Cooperativa. O profissional atuará de forma estratégica na gestão dos processos e na tomada de decisões, contribuindo para a eficiência e sustentabilidade das operações de crédito. Como diferencial, buscamos uma visão holística e integrada de todo o ciclo de crédito, compreendendo a relação entre concessão, acompanhamento da carteira, inadimplência e recuperação, bem como os impactos dessas etapas na rentabilidade e na qualidade da carteira. Espera-se, ainda, uma atuação voltada à evolução contínua dos processos, mitigação de riscos e fortalecimento da gestão de crédito, contribuindo para decisões cada vez mais assertivas e sustentáveis para a Cooperativa.
