Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do cargo: Profissional da área de Tecnologia, com perfil técnico e visão de projetos, que tenha conhecimento em sustentação e desenvolvimento de sistemas, fábrica de software e condução de novos projetos e pequenas melhorias. Não vai atuar diretamente com a mão na massa, mas é importante ter conhecimento técnico suficiente para entender as demandas, direcionar a equipe, apoiar na tomada de decisões e destravar o dia a dia

O que você vai fazer: • Atuar na sustentação de sistemas e aplicações;• Acompanhar demandas de desenvolvimento, fábrica de software e pequenas melhorias;• Participar e conduzir novos projetos da área de TI, conciliando os projetos com as demandas do dia a dia;• Apoiar a equipe no direcionamento e resolução de problemas;• Acompanhar projetos conduzidos em paralelo às atividades de sustentação;• Atuar com segurança das aplicações e sistemas;• Acompanhar contratos relacionados à área;• Apoiar na elaboração e acompanhamento de orçamentos, previsibilidade e forecasts;• Entender o planejamento orçamentário da área e acompanhar os recursos contratados;• Ter interface com fornecedores e equipes responsáveis por desenvolvimento e sustentação;• Avaliar e utilizar ferramentas de IA e outras tecnologias que possam otimizar as atividades e processos da área;• Apoiar a equipe (atualmente 19 pessoas), contribuindo com direcionamento e suporte técnico.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você: • Formação de nível superior em qualquer curso de TI; • Conhecimento em sistemas e sustentação de aplicações; • Conhecimento de desenvolvimento e fábrica de software, lógica de programação, projetos de TI, segurança de aplicações, orçamento, forecast e previsibilidade orçamentária; • Experiência com gestão/acompanhamento de contratos; • Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA e automação/otimização de processos; • Desejável pós-graduação em projetos.Disponibilidade para atuação na Sede da AXIA Energia em Recife/PE.
