Buscamos profissional para supervisionar atividades de manutenções preventiva e corretiva, de acordo com metas e normas de segurança praticadas pela empresa, a fim de manter a disponibilidade de máquinas e equipamentos para a produção dentro de especificações técnicas e de qualidade da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesZelar pela segurança e integridade da equipe;Garantir segurança e o cumprimento das normas de trabalho;Planejar e controlar as férias, licenças, turnos, frequência e treinamentos da equipe;Supervisionar e coordenar atividades de manutenções preventiva e corretiva;Coordenar, orientar e avaliar o trabalho de sua equipe;Garantir que as metas e objetivos estabelecidos pela organização sejam alcançados de maneira eficiente e eficaz;Atuar na resolução dos problemas de rotinas relacionados a falhas dos equipamentos e processos de manutenção;Analisar e tratar as falhas dos equipamentos e estabelecer contramedidas para problemas que impedem o cumprimento da rotina;Analisar, propor e implantar novas metodologias e processos que garantam a melhoria dos resultados da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior Completa, preferencialmente em Engenharias, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica e/ou áreas afins;Formação técnica em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica;Experiência na área de manutenção em empresas metalúrgicas, minerais e hidrometalurgia (plantas químicas);Experiência comprovada como Supervisor de Manutenção;Experiência com manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas;Sólidos conhecimentos técnicos em equipamentos de plantas metalúrgicas, minerais e hidrometalurgia (plantas químicas) serão um diferencial: Fornos de arco submerso; Sistemas de Britagens e Moagens; Fornos rotativos e calcinadores; Transportadores de correias;Sistemas de bombeamento; Colunas de Flotação; Plantas Químicas; Conhecimento de manutenção de equipamentos móveis;Habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipes;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turno. Informações adicionaisDiversidade e InclusãoAs oportunidades em nossa companhia incluem todas as pessoas, independente de sua origem e não fazemos distinção de identidade de gênero, perfil étnico-racial, religiosidade, idade, ser pessoa com deficiência física e/ou intelectual, orientação afetivo-sexual ou posição social.
