Liderar a equipe administrativa da unidade, zelando pelos processos de apoio administrativo de acordo com as Políticas e Procedimentos da Empresa, contribuindo para uma alta performance operacional da unidade.​Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a equipe administrativa orientando quanto à execução dos processos de responsabilidade da área, em linha com os procedimentos da empresa.Garantir a emissão de Ordem de Compra (OC) para realização de compras e contratação de serviços na Unidade conforme procedimento da empresa, bem como buscar junto aos fornecedores a documentação para pagamento de Recibo de Pagamento Autônomo (RPA's).Garantir a capacitação no desempenho das atividades e desenvolvimento de carreira da equipe, proporcionar uma gestão próxima e de acompanhamento contínuo, promovendo engajamento, integração e um bom ambiente de trabalho. Executar as atividades de administração de pessoal da unidade tais como admissão, demissão, férias, encaminhamento de exames, ponto, requisição de EPI, etc, em conjunto e conforme procedimentos da área de Departamento Pessoal.Atender fiscalização quando em visita na Unidade, bem como suportar demandas geradas por eles.Controlar, solicitar e armazenar liminares de clientes requerentes de isenção de Funrural.Monitorar datas de validade de alvarás e demais licenças para emissão de Nota Fiscal, bem como conferir a situação da nota fiscal junto ao SEFAZ conforme necessidade.Garantir a comprovação das despesas e gastos realizados via cartão corporativo da Unidade, conforme procedimento da empresa.Acompanhar as Contas a Receber da unidade e identificar os depósitos, bem como garantir a indicação de pagamento dos contratos de grãos e demais despesas financeiras relacionadas à unidade.Zelar pela manutenção, higiene e apresentação da Unidade.Acompanhar o processo e atender às solicitações relacionadas a auditoria externa e/ou interna.Realizar a gestão operacional da equipe, em processos tais como acompanhamento funcional, controle de ponto e banco de horas e contratação de colaboradores temporários em períodos de safra. Monitorar e auxiliar na gestão do estoque (quando aplicável à estrutura da unidade), quanto à contagem e ou conferencia do mesmo junto com a equipe.Monitorar as questões legais voltadas ao estoque, CREA, Seapa, Fepam, Asvale,Licenças e Siga.Executar acertos de clientes com pendência de grãos, bem como monitorar e justificar saldos pendentes (descontos financeiros/acertos físico) e respectiva documentação.Realizar a operacionalização da solicitação para liberação de crédito, a partir das informações e parecer recebidos pela área comercial.Emitir contratos de compra de grãos (modelo de compra disponível e lote), coletando assinaturas e documentos acessórios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Noções de Gestão de Pessoas;Vivências com processos administrativos;Conhecimento Básico Fiscal e Contábil.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Plano de Saúde Unimed;Plano Odontológico;Auxílio Educação;Seguro de Vida;PLR Anual.
