A posição será responsável por liderar a equipe de suporte comercial, impulsionar resultados, fortalecer parcerias estratégicas e identificar novas oportunidades de negócios. Além disso, terá atuação direta no desenvolvimento de produtos, processos e soluções que contribuam para a evolução da operação e da experiência dos clientes. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia, você será responsável por:

Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe de suporte; Avaliar o desempenho do time e oferecer feedbacks frequentes; Engajar a equipe e contribuir para um ambiente favorável ao alcance dos resultados; Apoiar diretamente as equipes de vendas na comercialização dos produtos; Desenvolver os produtos oferecidos por meio de bancos parceiros; Identificar novas oportunidades, produtos, ferramentas e tecnologias aplicáveis ao negócio; Elaborar estratégias mensais de vendas e resultados; Acompanhar metas, indicadores de desempenho e qualidade; Monitorar o mercado e a atuação da concorrência; Desenvolver e fortalecer parcerias estratégicas; Gerenciar conflitos e apoiar a tomada de decisões; Garantir o cumprimento das políticas relacionadas aos produtos comercializados; Assegurar a qualidade e a conformidade na oferta dos produtos; Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas trabalhistas e dos padrões de conduta; Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com a gerência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios

Ensino superior completo; Experiência mínima de 2 anos em atividades relacionadas; Experiência com gestão de pessoas e acompanhamento de metas; Conhecimento em CRM; Capacidade de análise de dados e indicadores; Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação; Experiência com treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes; Conhecimento dos produtos ou serviços comercializados; Capacidade de analisar mercado e concorrência.

Desejáveis

Experiência com planejamento estratégico; Vivência em recrutamento e seleção; Experiência no acompanhamento e na interpretação de indicadores comerciais; Conhecimento do mercado financeiro ou de produtos oferecidos por instituições bancárias parceiras.
