Objetivo do cargo Supervisionar e acompanhar as atividades da equipe de limpeza, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços prestados, o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e a organização das operações, contribuindo para um ambiente seguro, limpo e adequado às necessidades do cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de limpeza durante as atividades;

Distribuir tarefas e acompanhar a execução dos serviços;

Garantir o cumprimento dos cronogramas e padrões de limpeza estabelecidos;

Realizar inspeções e acompanhar a qualidade dos serviços realizados;

Orientar os colaboradores quanto aos procedimentos, utilização de produtos e equipamentos;

Acompanhar o uso adequado de materiais e equipamentos;

Identificar necessidades de reposição de materiais e comunicar ao responsável;

Apoiar na integração e treinamento de novos colaboradores;

Acompanhar a assiduidade, pontualidade e desempenho da equipe;

Registrar e comunicar ocorrências relacionadas à operação;

Manter contato com a liderança e, quando necessário, com o cliente;

Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e utilização dos EPIs;

Apoiar a liderança na organização e melhoria dos processos da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos

Ensino fundamental ou médio completo;

Experiência anterior com liderança ou supervisão de equipes de limpeza;

Conhecimento de produtos, materiais e equipamentos de limpeza;

CNH categoria B válida;

Residir em Sorocaba, Campinas, São Paulo, Guarulhos ou região;

Disponibilidade para atuar conforme a escala e horário da operação;

Boa comunicação e capacidade de organização.

Diferenciais

Experiência em empresas de facilities ou prestação de serviços;

Experiência com gestão de equipes;

Conhecimento de normas de segurança e utilização de EPIs;

Conhecimento em rotinas de limpeza profissional.CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para deslocamentos entre unidades
