Responsabilidades e atribuições ✨ Supervisionar as operações logísticas de transporte, coleta e entrega, garantindo o atendimento às demandas de clientes, incluindo aeroportos, laboratórios e hospitais;✨ Coordenar os processos de expedição, emissão e controle de documentos de transporte, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e procedimentos estabelecidos;✨ Garantir o cumprimento das legislações fiscais e regulatórias aplicáveis ao transporte municipal, intermunicipal e interestadual;✨ Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho logístico, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e promovendo a eficiência operacional e a satisfação dos clientes;✨ Supervisionar as atividades da equipe de Logística, oferecendo suporte técnico e operacional aos analistas e assistentes;✨ Identificar, propor e implementar melhorias nos processos logísticos, visando à otimização dos recursos e à qualidade dos serviços prestados;✨ Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas de segurança do trabalho e exigências dos órgãos reguladores;✨ Acompanhar o relacionamento com fornecedores, transportadoras, prestadores de serviços e clientes internos, garantindo o alinhamento das operações;✨ Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e áreas internas para acompanhamento das demandas e resolução de problemas;✨ Acompanhar e tratar demandas de SAC e Registros de Não Conformidade (RNC), contribuindo para a implementação de ações corretivas e melhoria contínua dos processos;✨ Garantir a segurança, a rastreabilidade e a conformidade das operações logísticas, de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa.
