Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Supervisora de Logística para atuar de forma 100% presencial em Itatiba-SP, liderando os processos de recebimento, expedição, controle e organização de materiais. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a acuracidade dos estoques, a conformidade com pedidos e notas fiscais e a melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Buscamos uma liderança com visão analítica, perfil colaborativo e capacidade de integração com áreas parceiras, contribuindo para a criação de sinergia entre equipes, estruturação de indicadores estratégicos e fortalecimento da gestão de estoque e almoxarifado.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·       Controlar a entrada e saída de materiais entregues ou retirados do estoque, conferindo notas fiscais com pedidos e garantindo a correta organização da estocagem.

·       Assegurar a integridade física dos materiais e suas condições adequadas de uso.

·       Realizar requisições de compra de materiais consumíveis e sobressalentes, acompanhando a movimentação diária dos itens do almoxarifado.

·       Registrar corretamente entradas e saídas no sistema, mantendo a posição atualizada dos estoques.

·       Conferir lançamentos de entrada, confrontando notas fiscais recebidas com relatórios da Portaria, garantindo controle e rastreabilidade.

·       Acompanhar o processo de compras dos materiais do almoxarifado, organizando prazos de entrega e apoiando o alinhamento com fornecedores e áreas internas.

·       Realizar o fechamento mensal da movimentação do almoxarifado, incluindo cálculo e rateio dos custos dos materiais requisitados pelas áreas.

·       Participar de inventários, analisando saldos físicos e sistêmicos, apurando divergências e providenciando ajustes necessários.

·       Atualizar cadastros de fornecedores e produtos no sistema, quando necessário.

·       Apoiar a estruturação e acompanhamento de indicadores da área, com foco em dados estratégicos e melhoria da operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior CompletoExperiência comprovada em liderança de equipes.Conhecimento em processos de recebimento, almoxarifado e gestão de estoque.Vivência com controle de indicadores, inventários e análise de dados.Capacidade de transitar entre diferentes áreas, construindo relacionamento e sinergia com times parceiros. Perfil analítico, estratégico, centrado e integrador.Atuação colaborativa, com olhar para o negócio como um todo.Data limite para inscrições internas: 25/08/2026
