Queremos criar o sentimento de lealdade familiar típico da ALPLA em todo o mundoResponsabilidades e atribuições Supervisionar e liderar a equipe de manutenção, garantindo a execução das atividades de forma segura, eficiente e alinhada aos objetivos da empresa.Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva dos equipamentos e instalações industriais.Garantir a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos produtivos, minimizando paradas não programadas.Atuar na análise de falhas, identificando causas raízes e implementando ações corretivas e preventivas.Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho da manutenção, estabelecendo planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos resultados.Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente, com foco em NR-10, NR-12 e demais requisitos legais.Coordenar atividades relacionadas a sistemas elétricos, automação industrial, CLPs, inversores de frequência e instrumentação.Apoiar a gestão de sobressalentes, materiais e recursos necessários para a execução das atividades de manutenção.Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, aumento de produtividade e redução de custos operacionais.Realizar o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe, promovendo treinamentos e capacitações.Interagir com as áreas de Produção, Engenharia, Qualidade e Segurança para garantir o atingimento das metas operacionais.Gerenciar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço relacionados às atividades de manutenção.Garantir a correta atualização dos registros e informações em sistemas de gestão da manutenção (SAP PM ou similares).

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Automação, Eletrotécnica ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em manutenção elétrica industrial e gestão de equipes.Conhecimento em sistemas elétricos de baixa e média tensão.Experiência com manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em ambiente industrial.Conhecimento em automação industrial, CLPs, inversores de frequência, IHMs e sistemas supervisórios.Vivência em Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM).Conhecimento em análise de falhas e ferramentas de solução de problemas.Domínio das normas NR-10, NR-12 e demais requisitos de segurança aplicáveis.Experiência na gestão de indicadores de manutenção e confiabilidade.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de manutenção, preferencialmente SAP PM ou similares.Pacote Office intermediário/avançado.Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente industrial.Inglês intermediário/ conversação
