Responsável por liderar o planejamento da planta, analisar cenários, propor melhorias nos processos de planejamento.Planejamento da ProduçãoLiderar o time de planejamento.Elaborar o programa de produção.Analisar previsões de vendas e demandas para definição de necessidades produtivas.Realizar o planejamento de capacidade produtiva (CRP), identificando restrições e gargalos.Balancear recursos produtivos visando maximizar produtividade e cumprimento de prazos.Controle da ProduçãoMonitorar o cumprimento dos planos de produção.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da manufatura.Identificar desvios e propor ações corretivas e preventivas.Garantir a aderência entre produção planejada e realizada.Gestão de Materiais e EstoquesLiderar o processo de controle de inventário da planta.Analisar níveis de estoque de matérias-primas, insumos, produtos em processo e produtos acabados.Definir políticas de reposição em conjunto com Compras e Supply Chain.Garantir disponibilidade de materiais para atendimento do plano produtivo.Atuar na redução de estoques obsoletos e excessivos.Interface MultifuncionalAtuar como elo entre Produção, Compras, Logística, Engenharia, Comercial e Supply Chain.Suportar processos de lançamento de novos produtos.Alinhar prioridades operacionais com as áreas envolvidas.Análise e Melhoria ContínuaDesenvolver estudos de capacidade e otimização de processos produtivos.Participar de projetos Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.Elaborar análises de viabilidade operacional e cenários de demanda.Liderar ou apoiar projetos de transformação digital relacionados ao PCP.Gestão de Sistemas e DadosParametrizar e validar dados de planejamento em sistemas ERP.Gerenciar listas técnicas (BOM), roteiros e lead times quando aplicável.Garantir a integridade dos dados mestres utilizados no planejamento.Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards gerenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência em Planejamento e Controle da Produção.Experiência em ambientes industriais de médio ou grande porte.Vivência com planejamento de capacidade, gestão de estoque e programação de produção.Experiência em processos S&OP e S&OE será considerada diferencial.Informações adicionaisGrande empresa multinacional do segmento químico
