Supervisionar a execução das atividades da equipe técnica de serviços, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança, produtividade, prazos e atendimento ao cliente, promovendo o desenvolvimento da equipe e a melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais, contribuindo para os resultados do departamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a execução das atividades da equipe técnica, distribuindo as demandas conforme prioridades, capacidade operacional e competências dos colaboradores.Acompanhar a produtividade, qualidade dos serviços executados e cumprimento dos prazos, assegurando aderência aos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa e pela John Deere.Orientar tecnicamente a equipe na execução das atividades, esclarecendo dúvidas operacionais e apoiando a solução de problemas do dia a dia.Monitorar o andamento das ordens de serviço, identificando desvios e promovendo ações para garantir a eficiência da operação.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e organização da oficina, zelando pela integridade das pessoas, equipamentos e instalações.Acompanhar indicadores operacionais da área, analisando resultados e propondo melhorias que aumentem produtividade, qualidade e eficiência dos serviços.Promover reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhamento das atividades, comunicação dos resultados e acompanhamento das metas operacionais.Acompanhar o desempenho dos colaboradores, fornecendo orientações, feedbacks e apoiando o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental da equipe.Identificar necessidades de treinamento, apoiando a capacitação contínua dos colaboradores para atendimento das exigências técnicas da empresa e da fabricante.Atuar em conjunto com os Consultores de Técnicos, assegurando integração entre os processos e agilidade no atendimento ao cliente.Acompanhar reclamações, retrabalhos e ocorrências operacionais, apoiando a identificação das causas e implementação das ações corretivas necessárias.Controlar a utilização adequada de ferramentas, equipamentos e recursos da oficina, zelando pela conservação e disponibilidade dos ativos.Assegurar que os serviços sejam executados conforme os procedimentos técnicos, padrões de qualidade e requisitos estabelecidos pela fabricante.Incentivar a melhoria contínua dos processos da oficina, estimulando a equipe na identificação de oportunidades para redução de desperdícios, aumento da produtividade e melhoria da experiência do cliente.Apoiar o Gerente de Serviços na execução das rotinas operacionais da área, contribuindo para o alcance dos indicadores e objetivos do departamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Agrícola, Administração, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em operações de serviços, oficina ou assistência técnica, sendo desejável experiência anterior em liderança de equipes técnicas.Vivência com acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais.Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.Vivência em planejamento e acompanhamento das atividades da oficina.Conhecimento das rotinas de concessionárias será considerado diferencial.Informações adicionaisAlém de fazer parte de uma empresa sólida e em constante transformação, você terá acesso aos benefícios que reforçam nosso compromisso com o bem-estar e desenvolvimento de nossos colaboradores:Participação nos Resultados;Plano com o Sesc – acesso a serviços, atividades e descontos oferecidos pelo Sesc;Plano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;TotalPass – acesso a academias e atividades físicas credenciadas;Universidade Corporativa – plataforma com cursos e treinamentos para o seu desenvolvimento profissional;Vale-Alimentação
