// Sobre a empresa Plural: Fundada no Rio de Janeiro em 2012, a Plural Saúde faz parte do grupo Qualicorp e conta com uma equipe de colaboradores com experiência de mais de 30 anos no segmento de planos de saúde.Como Supervisor de Vendas, você será um agente fundamental no acompanhamento e execução de todas as movimentações e assuntos correlatos as nossas Operadoras Parceiras.  Atuará como um elo importante no relacionamento com nosso comercial e pessoas jurídicas registradas na ANS, sendo fundamental o engajamento com o nosso negócio, prazos e qualidade nas tratativas. Responsabilidades e atribuições Nesta posição você será responsável porAtendimento e suporte ao canal de vendas (corretores, supervisores e equipes administrativas);Atuação orientada por indicadores de performance, produtividade e resultados da filial;Monitoramento diário de metas, volume de vendas, propostas e implantações;Acompanhamento contínuo da performance comercial, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando o atingimento dos resultados;Suporte à implementação de planos de ação definidos pela coordenação e gerência comercial.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiências desejadas:Ensino médio completo / Ensino superior cursando;Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas/comerciais, atendimento a parceiros ou operações de vendas;Pacote Office: Excel em nível básico a intermediário (filtros, tabelas, fórmulas simples);Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade de registrar demandas de forma clara e objetiva.Diferenciais:Vivência com processos de operadoras de saúde ou corretora de seguros.Habilidades e comportamentos que fazem a diferença:Comunicação eficaz;Resiliência;Adaptabilidade e flexibilidade;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisModelo de Trabalho: Presencial Local de Trabalho: Manaus/AM
