Você quer fazer parte de um grande time em uma empresa que não para de crescer?Se você está dentro dos requisitos abaixo, venha participar do nosso processo seletivo para nossa vaga de Supervisor Farmacêutico com foco no Atendimento de Serviços Farmacêuticos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão do time de farmacêuticos do Call Center, acompanhando a atuação da equipe, apoiando o desenvolvimento e direcionando demandas técnicas;Realizar atendimento aos clientes pelos canais digitais, prestando orientações técnicas sobre medicamentos, avaliando prescrições e direcionando os clientes aos profissionais adequados quando necessário;Garantir a qualidade e atualização das informações farmacêuticas disponibilizadas nos canais digitais e E-commerce, assegurando informações corretas, claras e seguras;Garantir a correta comercialização de produtos farmacêuticos nos canais de atendimento, orientando as equipes sobre normas, legislações e procedimentos aplicáveis;Atuar no Programa de Atenção Farmacêutica, acompanhando informações sobre novos medicamentos, participando de fóruns e mantendo interface com áreas internas, fornecedores, operadoras e demais parceiros;Promover treinamentos e orientações para as equipes de atendimento, fortalecendo a segurança, a qualidade e a excelência na experiência do cliente.Contribuir para a construção de uma operação cada vez mais ágil, eficiente e centrada no cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Farmácia e CRF ativo no Rio Grande do Sul;

Experiência na atuação farmacêutica, preferencialmente em atendimento ao cliente, Call Center, canais digitais ou áreas relacionadas;

Experiência em liderança ou gestão de equipes, desejável de profissionais da área da saúde;

Conhecimento das normas e legislações aplicáveis à comercialização e orientação sobre medicamentos;
