Nesta função, você atuará de forma estratégica na supervisão da equipe, acompanhamento de indicadores e tratativa de casos críticos, assegurando a máxima eficiência dos fluxos operacionais e a qualidade das entregas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e AtribuiçõesSupervisão de equipe: liderar a rotina diária e realizar a distribuição eficiente dos casos operacionais;Gestão de indicadores: acompanhar continuamente SLA, produtividade, backlog e o rigoroso cumprimento de prazos;Análise de processos: executar e validar a pré-análise de casos, identificando pendências e estabelecendo prioridades;Garantia de qualidade: auditar as evidências operacionais e as informações inseridas no sistema interno;Tratativa de urgências: monitorar diretamente os casos críticos, demandas urgentes e de alto impacto financeiro;Suporte operacional: orientar o time na interpretação de fluxos e na tomada de decisão sobre os direcionamentos das tratativas;Mitigação de riscos: mapear inconsistências no processo para evitar prescrições e movimentações indevidas;Interface intersetorial: atuar em alinhamento constante com as áreas de Jurídico, Operações, Regulação e Supply;Report executivo: consolidar indicadores de desempenho, apresentando riscos, desvios e planos de melhoria contínua para a coordenação;Capacitação contínua: promover treinamentos e alinhamentos operacionais com o time para sanar gaps de conhecimento e recorrências.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Ensino Superior Completo em Direito.Experiência com gestão de indicadores (SLA, backlog e produtividade);Domínio de pacote Office (foco em Excel intermediário ou avançado);Conhecimento em fluxos operacionais da saúde e interface intersetorial.Desejável:Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão hospitalar ou regulação;Pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Gestão de Processos ou Qualidade.

Informações adicionais Escala e horário de trabalho: 220h mensais - Segunda a sexta-feira (horário comercial).Local de Trabalho: Av. Dona Leopoldina, 1150 - Centro, Fortaleza/CE.
