Se você gosta de desafios, tem olhar analítico e quer atuar em um contexto que impulsiona inovação e evolução, esse pode ser o seu próximo passo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir os contratos de Alta Complexidade;Gerir a equipe de supervisão e aplicar o modelo de Gestão Operacional com base nos indicadores;Garantir todos os controles administrativos das operações de acordo com o padrão e os procedimentos da empresa;Controlar quadro de pessoal dos contratos sob sua responsabilidade, realizando admissões, demissões, promoções e transferências, sempre que necessário;Validar e verificar Mão de Obra x Equipamento, controlando folgas de campo e férias dos colaboradores;Aplicar Medida Disciplinar, atender as fiscalizações de órgãos governamentais e auxiliar nas defesas jurídicas das Reclamações Trabalhistas, inclusive atuando como Preposto da empresa.Auxiliar na execução e divulgação do Programa de Reconhecimento e facilitar as ações de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento dos seus subordinados;Garantir a execução da operação conforme especificação técnica e contratual;Realizar alinhamento com Cliente (entender fragilidades, melhorias, reforçar pontos fortes, etc).Buscar e sinalizar oportunidades comerciais para os gestores imediatos ou para a área comercial;Dar suporte ao CDI, repassando informações de documentação dos colaboradores e equipamentos;Garantir a correta utilização dos recursos, solicitando e viabilizando as manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos equipamentos, bem como limpeza e conservação dos mesmos;Controlar o uso correto dos acessórios dos equipamentos, assim como realizar inspeções dos mesmos;Realizar CheckList Operacional e blitz operacional;Dar suporte ao CCO, aplicando as regras de utilização das frotas leves e auxiliando nas investigações de desvio de consumo de combustível;Garantir a segurança das operações;Garantir a aplicação da Cartilha de Segurança;Viabilizar as informações e análises de acidentes ocorridos, seguindo o fluxo de comunicação do cliente e acompanhando o acidentado no atendimento médico;Controlar as NFs emitidas dos contratos sob sua responsabilidade;Manter relacionamento com fornecedores locais, negociando melhorias dos prazos e condições de pagamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Engenharia, logística ou áreas afins;Pacote Office Avançado;Informações adicionaisO que vamos te proporcionar:Plano de Saúde;Cartão Alimentação;Apoiopass: é o nosso plano de assistência que disponibiliza orientação e aconselhamento nas áreas: psicológica, financeira, jurídica e social, para colaborador, cônjuges e filhos até 21 anos;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Plano Odontológico.
