Garantir a acuracidade do estoque físico e sistêmico e a execução dentro do prazo de todos os fluxos de movimentação de Fazendinha 1, sustentando o abastecimento das quatro verticais (SimPC, SimPrinter, SimMobile e SimAutomation) e a liberação de equipamentos para contrato, industrialização, venda e descarte. Em uma frase: o Supervisor responde pelo estoque estar certo, no lugar certo e disponível no tempo certo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Ensino superior completo em Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou área correlata. Experiência mínima de 3 anos em supervisão de equipe operacional em armazém, centro de distribuição ou estoque industrial. Vivência prática com ERP em rotinas de estoque (movimentação, transferência, inventário, ajuste). Dynamics AX é diferencial forte. Domínio de Excel em nível avançado (tabela dinâmica, PROCX, tratamento de base). Conhecimento consolidado de rotinas de inventário cíclico e geral, e de tratativa de divergência. Leitura de documentação fiscal de entrada e saída aplicada à conferência física.

Manter e reportar os indicadores da operação, com dado extraído de sistema e não de planilha paralela. Consolidar produtividade por processo e por colaborador contra o padrão de capacidade. Apresentar rotina de resultados ao Coordenador e, quando demandado, à Diretoria. Sustentar as bases que alimentam os relatórios de BI da área, garantindo preenchimento e padronização de campos.

Manter atualizados os POPs e instruções de trabalho dos processos sob sua responsabilidade. Propor e implementar melhorias de layout, endereçamento, fluxo e automação. Garantir 5S, organização, sinalização e conservação da área. Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, uso de EPI e operação segura de empilhadeira e transpaleteira. Atuar como interface da área em auditorias internas e de cliente.
