O Hospital Mãe de Deus busca um(a) Técnico(a) de Enfermagem, vaga CLT efetiva para atuar na execução dos cuidados de enfermagem de nível técnico, sob orientação e supervisão do(a) Enfermeiro(a), com foco no atendimento a pacientes adultos críticos, clínicos e cirúrgicos, de forma interdisciplinar, segura e humanizada.

A atuação está alinhada à Missão, Visão e Valores éticos, morais e humanos da instituição, fundamentados nos valores da Congregação das Irmãs Missionárias de São Carlos Borromeo Scalabrinianas.

Principais responsabilidades

Apoiar o monitoramento e o cuidado intensivo a pacientes com descompensação clínica aguda ou alto risco de deterioração clínica, incluindo suporte dialítico, hemodinâmico e respiratório. Executar procedimentos de enfermagem por meio da aplicação de técnicas específicas, apoio em procedimentos invasivos de maior complexidade e realização de tarefas delegadas pela equipe de enfermagem. Contribuir para a preservação da integridade e segurança do paciente, seguindo protocolos institucionais, procedimentos operacionais técnicos (POT), diretrizes de qualidade, ética profissional e vigilância em saúde. Realizar registros de enfermagem, checagem das prescrições da equipe multiprofissional, avaliação e arquivamento de documentos assistenciais. Prestar orientações e esclarecimentos a pacientes e familiares sobre procedimentos, cuidados e rotinas assistenciais, quando necessário. Atuar em situações de urgência e emergência, sob supervisão do(a) Enfermeiro(a), em conjunto com a equipe multidisciplinar e conforme protocolos institucionais.

Curso Técnico de Enfermagem concluído; Especialização Técnica em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva; Registro ativo no conselho de classe (Coren)e dentro do prazo de validade; Experiência em Terapia Intensiva; Experiência com paciente crítico e hemodiálise.
