Como Técnico(a) de SSO, você irá atuar tecnicamente no projeto solar da Casa dos Ventos, garantindo a aplicação eficiente das diretrizes e políticas de SSO definidas pela Coordenação e Gerência. Atuar como elo direto entre a operação em campo e a coordenação de SSO, assegurando a excelência na execução das atividades, o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e a conformidade com as normas legais e internas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar tecnicamente junto à equipe de operação na identificação de riscos, definição de medidas preventivas e condução das rotinas de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional;

Participar e, quando necessário, conduzir reuniões com empresas contratadas, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos e padrões de segurança da Casa dos Ventos;

Apoiar o Coordenador no planejamento e execução de treinamentos e capacitações técnicas e comportamentais;

Atuar como multiplicador da cultura de segurança, disseminando boas práticas, procedimentos e diretrizes de SSO;

Apoiar a implementação e atualização dos planos de segurança, planos de emergência e protocolos de resposta a incidentes;

Realizar a coleta, consolidação e reporte de dados e indicadores de segurança, apoiando o acompanhamento da performance de SSO;

Apoiar o Coordenador na investigação de incidentes, contribuindo para a análise técnica e identificação das causas raízes;

Acompanhar a implementação dos planos de ação corretivos e preventivos, garantindo o tratamento dos desvios e a melhoria contínua dos processos de SSO.Requisitos e qualificações Formação técnica em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;

Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais normas aplicáveis à área de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional;

Conhecimento em ferramentas de investigação de incidentes, como Árvore de Causas, 5 Porquês e Diagrama de Ishikawa;

Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;

Experiência ou conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional (SSO);

Habilidade para interpretação de normas técnicas e elaboração de relatórios, registros e planos de ação.Diferencial: 

Vivência em auditorias internas e externas;

Conhecimento em gestão de riscos ocupacionais, investigação de acidentes e análise de causas;

Experiência com indicadores e ferramentas de gestão de SSO.
