Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) em Segurança do Trabalho para atuar diretamente na prevenção de riscos e na promoção de um ambiente de trabalho cada vez mais seguro em nossas obras.Esse profissional terá um papel fundamental no acompanhamento das atividades em campo, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas de segurança e legislação vigente, além de contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e orientar todas as etapas de execução da obra para garantir segurança e qualidade;Elaborar e implantar políticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST), como planos, programas, instruções de trabalho e formulários;Realizar auditorias nos canteiros de obras, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de segurança;Levantar perigos e riscos, elaborar ou contratar laudos técnicos e elétricos;Preparar e aplicar treinamentos de SST e fiscalizar treinamentos de Brigada de Incêndio;Coordenar a SIPAT (Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho);Investigar e analisar acidentes, incidentes e desvios comportamentais;Contratar recursos, insumos e ações ligadas à área de SSO;Acompanhar perícias e fiscalizações trabalhistas;Contratar empresa especializada, acompanhar e aprovar documentações como PGR, PCMSO e ASO, garantindo o cumprimento das exigências legais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo;Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e normas regulamentadoras (NRs);Habilidade para conduzir treinamentos e orientar equipes operacionais;Capacidade de análise crítica, organização e atenção a detalhes;2 anos como Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em empresas do ramo da construção civil.Experiência anterior em obras de médio ou grande porte;Vivência com elaboração de laudos e documentos legais em SST;Pacote Office IntermediárioInformações adicionaisVale Refeição;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Assistência Médica e Odontológica;Programa de desenvolvimento e treinamentos internos;Cultura de valorização das pessoas e incentivo à segurança no ambiente de trabalho.
