Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Qualidade para acompanhar e validar moldes, conduzir try-outs, monitorar o desempenho de moldes e máquinas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos. O profissional atuará garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, contribuindo para a redução de desvios, aumento da produtividade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos. Procuramos alguém proativo, analítico e com forte capacidade de resolução de problemas, que trabalhe em parceria com diferentes áreas para assegurar a excelência dos produtos e a satisfação dos clientes internos e externos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a validação de moldes novos, modificados e transferidos, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos técnicos e de qualidade.Acompanhar try-outs de moldes, avaliando desempenho, funcionalidade, aspectos dimensionais e qualidade das peças produzidas.Monitorar a qualidade de moldes e máquinas, identificando desvios, falhas e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.Executar inspeções, testes e avaliações técnicas para aprovação de moldes e liberação da produção.Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros de validação e documentação das atividades relacionadas à qualidade.Atuar na análise e solução de problemas de processo, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia, Ferramentaria, Produção e Manutenção para garantir a eficiência dos processos.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas técnicas e requisitos de qualidade.Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua com foco na redução de perdas, aumento da produtividade e otimização do desempenho dos moldes e equipamentos.Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade relacionados a moldes, máquinas e processos produtivos.Realizar auditorias de processo e verificar a conformidade de equipamentos e ferramentas utilizados na produção.Executar e desenvolver projetos de Qualidade.Promover a cultura da qualidade, atuando de forma preventiva na identificação de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Curso Técnico completo em Qualidade, Mecânica, Processos Industriais, Plásticos, Ferramentaria ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em atividades de controle da qualidade em ambiente industrial.Experiência com validação de moldes, acompanhamento de try-outs e liberação para produção.Conhecimento em processos de injeção plástica e funcionamento de moldes.Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.Conhecimento em instrumentos de medição, como paquímetro, micrômetro, relógio comparador e demais dispositivos de controle dimensional.Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade para análise e solução de problemas.Familiaridade com elaboração de relatórios técnicos e registros de qualidade.Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).Disponibilidade para acompanhar testes, ajustes de moldes e prestar suporte às áreas produtivas.Requisitos desejáveis:Conhecimento em WCM (World Class Manufacturing).Experiência na liderança de projetos de melhoria contínua.Conhecimento em processos de injeção de PVC.Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Materiais, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da qualidade.Informações adicionaisJeito Tigre Trabalhar: PresencialLocal Trabalho: Av.
