Realizar a pré-triagem de candidatos à doação de sangue, verificando sinais vitais (frequência cardíaca, pressão arterial, temperatura e peso corpóreo) e teste de hematócrito; efetuar a coleta de sangue, através de punção venosa, identificando os tubos para a realização de exames de tipagem, testes sorológicos e imunohematológicos, visando manter os estoques nos níveis desejáveis e com qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a pré-triagem de candidatos à doação de sangue, verificando sinais vitais (frequência cardíaca, pressão arterial, temperatura e peso corpóreo), bem como efetuar o teste de hematócrito para verificar se o mesmo está com anemia e encaminhá-los para entrevista (anamnese);Identificar bolsas e tubos de coleta, com etiquetas geradas pelo sistema Hemovida - Coleta de Sangue, para a realização de coletas de sangue, tipagens, testes sorológicos e imunohematológicos;Efetuar a coleta de sangue para doação, através de punção venosa, utilizando bolsas de coleta previamente identificadas, visando manter o estoque nos níveis desejáveis bem como garantir o bem estar do doador;Efetuar a coleta de sangue (amostra), para os exames que apresentarem alterações na primeira coleta, através de punção venosa, utilizando tubos previamente identificados, para confirmação ou não do resultado obtido anteriormente;Atender as eventuais reações adversas provenientes da doação de sangue, como lipotimia (desmaios, vertigens) e quando necessário, encaminhar o doador ao Pronto Atendimento do hospital, para ser examinado por um médico, visando preservar a integridade física do mesmo;Realizar testes imunohematológicos (tipagem ABO/RH, pesquisa de anticorpos irregulares, pesquisa de auto-anticorpo, teste de antiglobulina direto, eluato, prova de compatibilidade e teste de hemólise), utilizando reagentes, materiais e amostras de sangue, para pacientes internados, com a finalidade de realizar transfusões e tipagens sanguíneas em pacientes;Conferir a adequação dos materiais utilizados (reagentes, equipos de transfusão e pipetas), para promover a adequada execução dos procedimentos e assegurar a qualidade das transfusões;Aferir as temperaturas dos freezeres, geladeiras e banho-maria, anotando as mesmas em controle específico, para manter a integridade dos hemocomponentes a serem disponibilizados bem como atender as exigências legais da Vigilância Sanitária;Avaliar as quantidades de bolsas de sangue em estoque, solicitando a reposição quando necessário, para mantê-las dentro do estoque mínimo pré-estabelecido, visando dar atendimento a pacientes sensibilizados ou necessidades plaquetárias, garantindo a integridade física do paciente quando de suas necessidades;Preparar a sala de coleta e pré-triagem, abastecendo-a com materiais e equipamentos necessários ao atendimento do doador;Realizar demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo, conforme solicitado pelo seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnico completo em Banco de Sangue ou Técnico em Hemoterapia;Desejável Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento: Biologia ou Biomedicina ou Farmácia;Desejável Conhecimento em Pacote Office - Nível Básico.Informações adicionais
