O Técnico de Manutenção de Frota II tem como missão diagnosticar e executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas de média complexidade, acompanhando fornecedores, negociando serviços e assegurando qualidade técnica, segurança e otimização de custos operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diagnósticos de falhas de média complexidade, avaliando sintomas, causas prováveis e necessidades de intervenção nos veículos.Avaliar ocorrências e avarias da frota, definindo a necessidade de manutenção e direcionando os serviços conforme a criticidade identificada.Analisar e programar manutenções preventivas e corretivas, considerando histórico dos veículos, prioridades operacionais e recomendações técnicas.Avaliar alternativas de reparo e substituição de componentes, considerando condições do veículo, custo, prazo e viabilidade da manutenção.Acompanhar e inspecionar os serviços realizados por oficinas e fornecedores, verificando a qualidade e adequação dos reparos executados.Avaliar orçamentos de manutenção, analisando serviços, peças, valores e condições apresentadas pelos fornecedores.Negociar serviços e orçamentos com fornecedores, buscando condições adequadas de prazo, qualidade e custo.Solicitar peças e materiais necessários aos reparos, considerando o diagnóstico e a programação de manutenção.Analisar históricos de manutenção dos veículos, identificando ocorrências recorrentes e necessidades de intervenção.Acompanhar e analisar os custos das manutenções realizadas, identificando desvios e oportunidades de otimização.Validar o encerramento das ordens de serviço, verificando se os serviços registrados correspondem aos trabalhos realizados.Acompanhar e tratar demandas de manutenção das áreas, avaliando tecnicamente as solicitações e direcionando os atendimentos.Propor ações para correção de falhas recorrentes, acompanhando a execução e os resultados das medidas adotadas.Orientar tecnicamente os integrantes de menor nível, compartilhando conhecimentos relacionados às rotinas e procedimentos de manutenção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O CARGOEnsino Médio Completo;Possuir CNH D ou E, direção defensiva e disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade da área;Conhecimento técnico em manutenção de veículos leves e pesados;Conhecimento intermediário em mecânica, pneumática e hidráulica;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frota;Conhecimento do Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Plano de Saúde extensivo aos dependentes;Plano odontológico extensivo aos dependentes;Seguro de vida;Auxilio creche;PLR;Plano de Previdência Privada;Day-Off;Auxílio Academia;Convênio com Instituições de Ensino Médio (EJA), Superior e Pós-Graduação;Convênio Escola de Idioma (Inglês);Convênio Farmacêutico;Atendimento Psicológico;Programa de Indicação Premiada.
