Todos compartilham uma visão estratégica comum, voltada para a excelência no atendimento e na entrega de soluções.Este profissional é responsável por:Estar disponível dentro da edificação, em cada comarca onde há sala polo, durante todo o período de prestação dos serviços, conforme descrito na tabela do item 2.1.2.1 deste anexo, atuando no controle de toda a logística dos equipamentos da sala polo que estiver sob sua responsabilidade;Assegurar que a movimentação patrimonial dos equipamentos da sala polo sob sua responsabilidade, seja realizada obedecendo a todos os requisitos definidos;Assegurar que os processos logísticos estejam sendo executados corretamente;Atuar sob supervisão direta do supervisor de logística; e) consolidar e organizar as cargas de acordo com a rota determinada;Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e prioridades de atendimento e execução de serviços;Informar à CONTRATADA sobre problemas de qualquer natureza que possam impedir o bom andamento dos serviços;Monitorar solicitações nas filas dos grupos de trabalho de sua responsabilidade, mantendo-as dentro dos NMS acordados, devendo propor ações corretivas e preventivas em caso de desvio ou necessidade;Organizar o ambiente de trabalho da sala polo sob sua responsabilidade;Registrar solicitação para fornecedores de garantia realizarem o atendimento dentro da sala polo sob sua responsabilidade;Acompanhar o atendimento dos fornecedores de garantia dentro da sala polo sob sua responsabilidade e disponibilizar informações das solicitações para a equipe de curadoria;Preparar e organizar itens para transporte (etiquetagem, identificação, armazenamento, separação, embalagem), definindo o tipo de transporte para cada tipo de carga, visando assegurar o correto acondicionamento e segurança dos produtos, preservando sua integridade, qualidade e a exatidão das quantidades embarcadas;Executar tarefas da mesma natureza e grau de complexidade que sejam compatíveis com o cargo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtenção aos detalhesConformidade com as normasDocumentaçãoDisciplinaOrganizaçãoProatividadeRequisitos e qualificações Experiência comprovada de pelo menos 1 ano de atuação na área de TIC e/ou logística através de CTPS ou de contratos de trabalho assinados
