Estamos em busca de um Técnico de Manutenção Elétrica para nossa equipe!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar as Políticas, Normas e Procedimentos Corporativos de Manutenção de Ativos; Controlar os Indicadores de Manutenção de sua Unidade; Executar rotinas de manutenção preventiva, tais como: Inspeção visual das instalações, limpeza das casas de máquinas, aferição das amperagens, verificação dos parâmetros do gerador, acompanhamento do consumo de energia, manutenção preventiva do gerador, entre outras; Executar rotinas de manutenção predial: Troca de lâmpadas, reparos na rede elétrica em geral, troca de válvulas, retoques de pintura, entre outros; Auxiliar os Gestores das Unidades em atividades como Planejamento, Contratações e Solicitação de serviços a terceiros, cujo cenário envolva direta ou indiretamente a área de Manutenção; Auxiliar como Facilitador da Unidade junto aos Fornecedores de Engenharia e Manutenção (Prestadores de Serviços e/ou Fornecedores de Matéria Prima, Produtos e Equipamentos entre outros).Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível formação Técnica em Elétrica; Experiência na área de Manutenção Predial; Desejável superior em Engenharia Elétrica; Desejável experiência em outras áreas de manutenção, tais como: Hidráulica, Pintura e Refrigeração; Domínio dos aplicativos Microsoft Office. Possuir excelente relacionamento interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, iniciativa, dinamismo, boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com situações imprevistas.
