Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas em inovar no setor de transporte, e que fazem a diferença todos os dias.Nosso propósito é transformar soluções logísticas em resultados importantes em termos de otimização, tecnologia e redução de emissões de CO2.Sua missão será assegurar condições que eliminem ou reduzam ao mínimo os riscos de ocorrência de acidentes de trabalho e saúde ocupacional, investigar riscos e causas de acidentes, implantar formas de prevenção dentro das operações e observar o cumprimento de toda a legislação pertinente.   Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFazer a integração de novos funcionários quanto às normas de segurança do trabalho;Conduzir o programa PPRA, PCMSO e PPP’S;Gerir os programas/campanhas internos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;Emitir CAT’s;Atender a agenda de visita as unidades do grupo Cargolift, visando a implantação, suporte e acompanhamento das ações de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;Gerir o processo de eleição e acompanhar os trabalhos da CIPA;Elaborar os Mapas de Risco;Liderar a equipe da Brigada de Emergência;Controlar o sistema de prevenção de incêndios;Acompanhar as normas do SASSMAQ e executar procedimentos para o cumprimento;Controlar, distribuir, validar o uso dos EPIs;Efetuar inspeções de rotinas;Acompanhar serviços executados por terceiros dentro das unidades, visando a Segurança do TrabalhoControlar atividades de manutenção predial e elétrica;Acompanhar incidentes, acidentes ou avarias ocorridas na estrada ou nas dependências físicas da companhia;Investigar e analisar os acidentes;Divulgar gráficos mensais com as estatísticas de segurança;Efetuar treinamentos nas áreas de Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e SASSMAQ;Efetuar rateios das faturas Medicina Ocupacional e Seguro;Enviar aos clientes estatísticas mensais sobre acidentes do trabalho;Participar, quando necessário, de reuniões em clientes;Monitorar processos de obtenções de Licenças (Ambientais, Vigilância Sanitária, Bombeiros, etc);Participar do gerenciamento de risco relacionado monitorando a segurança do trabalho;Efetuar mensalmente testes de bafômetro por amostragem;Auditar periodicamente os excessos de velocidade, indicando para pontuação negativa os motoristas infratores.Acompanhar e auditar procedimento de uniformes e EPI’s.Controlar o estoque de uniformes e EPI’s.Requisitos e qualificações👍 VOCÊ PRECISA TERCurso completo de Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Boa experiência anterior na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em empresas do segmento de transportes e logística;Fácil acesso à nossa filial, que fica em Vinhedo - SP.👍 SERA UM DIFERENCIALExperiencia em empresas do segmento de transportes;Desejável Superior Cursando ou Completo em áreas correlacionadas;Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS DISPONÍVEIS PARA NOSSOS CARGOLOVERS☕ Café a vontade para você recarregar suas energias;🩺 Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;💳 Vale Alimentação e/ou Vale Refeição no valor de R$755,40;🚎 Estacionamento no local e Vale-transporte (se necessário); 💵 Participação de lucros (PLR) Semestral;🤰🏻 Licença maternidade mais - licença remunerada no último mês de gestação;🏅 Programa de indicação de talentos;🚴🏻‍♀️ VT Bike - Incentivo para quem optar o uso da bicicleta do trabalho - casa;Pessoas com deficiência (PcDs) são bem vindas em nossa organização.
