Buscamos um profissional para atuar na área de Manutenção de Escavadeiras, realizando manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em equipamentos de mineração, com foco na segurança, confiabilidade e disponibilidade operacional.Será responsável por executar inspeções técnicas, identificar e diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, hidráulicas e elétricas, realizar reparos, substituição de componentes e ajustes necessários ao bom funcionamento dos equipamentos.Atuará também na implementação de melhorias, elaboração de relatórios técnicos, acompanhamento das condições operacionais e apoio ao planejamento das atividades de manutenção, contribuindo para a redução de paradas não programadas e a eficiência dos equipamentos nas operações de mineração.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em escavadeiras de grande porte utilizadas em operações de mineração.Realizar inspeções técnicas, diagnósticos e identificação de falhas mecânicas, hidráulicas, elétricas e eletrônicas, conforme as características dos equipamentos.Executar reparos, ajustes, desmontagem, montagem e substituição de peças e componentes.Interpretar manuais técnicos, diagramas e procedimentos de manutenção.Realizar testes operacionais e acompanhar o desempenho dos equipamentos após as intervenções.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para a confiabilidade, segurança e disponibilidade dos equipamentos.Apoiar o planejamento e a programação das atividades de manutenção, visando à redução de paradas não programadas.Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registrando diagnósticos, intervenções realizadas e componentes substituídos.Apoiar o levantamento e a solicitação de peças, ferramentas e materiais necessários às atividades de manutenção.Prestar suporte técnico em campo, atendendo às demandas operacionais e contribuindo para a continuidade das operações de mineração.Cumprir os procedimentos técnicos, normas de segurança e requisitos operacionais estabelecidos pela SANY e pelo cliente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo, com formação técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Manutenção de Máquinas Pesadas ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atividades de manutenção mecânica de máquinas e equipamentos pesados.Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos de linha amarela.Conhecimento básico em sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e elétricos.Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de manuais e procedimentos técnicos.Competências comportamentaisProatividade e comprometimento com a segurança.Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Capacidade de identificar e solucionar problemas técnicos.DiferenciaisExperiência em manutenção de escavadeiras utilizadas em operações de mineração.Vivência em manutenção de equipamentos SANY ou de outros fabricantes de máquinas pesadas.Experiência em operações de mineração de grande porte.
