Executar plano de manutenção preditiva em equipamentos da indústria e auxiliar na execução dos serviços de manutenção em máquinas operatrizes, motores, dispositivos e equipamentos industriais, reparando e substituindo peças, fazendo ajustes, regulagem e lubrificação convenientes, utilizando máquinas, ferramentas e instrumentos de medição e controle, para assegurar-lhes o funcionamento regular e eficiente. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções de rotina para diagnosticar o estado de conservação e funcionamento dos equipamentos mecânicos;Executar planos de manutenção preditiva conforme criticidade dos equipamentos estabelecido;Realizar análises de vibração, temperatura e sensitiva nos equipamentos da indústria;Elaborar relatório de diagnóstico e prognostico dos equipamentos que estão com vibração acima do recomendado pela norma ISO-10816-3 – 1998;Realizar melhoria continua no banco de dados dos equipamento, e sempre cadastrar os novos equipamentos e garantir qualidade nas informações; Executar as rotas de analises conforme periodicidade definida pela criticidade dos equipamentos; Executar os trabalhos seguindo as ordens de serviço, checklist e outras atividades geradas pelo planejamento; Auxiliar na regulagem e calibragem de todos os equipamentos mecânicos e pneumáticos, conforme especificações de cada máquina, utilizando-se de instrumentos e ferramentas apropriadas; Auxiliar na manutenção, reparos e consertos mecânicos em: bombas em geral, redutores de velocidade, esteiras transportadoras, montagens de rolamentos e redutores, gaxetas, alinhamento e nivelamento de máquinas, elevadores de caneca, moinhos e outros, garantindo a melhor técnica aplicada nos ajustes mecânicos;Solicitar requisição de peças para reparos conforme relatórios de prognósticos e diagnostico; Auxiliar na verificação e ajuste do alinhamento, centralização e nivelamento de todos os equipamentos e acessórios, identificando e informando sobre as falhas operacionais na produção; Verificar o estado de rolamentos, trocando-os se necessário, de acordo com padrões estabelecidos; Realizar lubrificação em todas as máquinas e equipamentos do setor industrial, seguindo um plano estabelecido para fazer as lubrificações, de acordo com o planejamento do setor quando necessário;Cuidar da ordem e limpeza da área e material de trabalho;Anotar os reparos feitos, peças trocadas, para efeito de controle;Zelar pelas ferramentas, equipamentos de precisão e materiais utilizados; Efetuar apontamentos necessários conforme plano de manutenção preventiva/preditiva;Fazer checklist de rota de manutenção;Realizar relatório mensal da saúde dos ativos monitorados; Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor. Tendo a responsabilidade de informar ao seu superior imediato qualquer atividade que apresente risco a sua saúde ou dos demais colegas de trabalho;Exercer as atividades em comum acordo com os valores, políticas, diretrizes, procedimentos e processos da empresa, sempre focando nas metas organizacionais, e mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações da companhia;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, objetivando um trabalho seguro por meio da manutenção da organização, padronização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho;Zelar pelas propriedades da empresa sob sua responsabilidade, informando ao superior imediato qualquer problema ou avaria detectada;Apoio as equipes da manutenção e do processo industrial, nas atividades necessária para garantir a disponibilidade dos equipamentos industrial. Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em mecânica e/ou áreas afins;Curso em análise de vibração.Experiência na área;Informações adicionais Benefícios: Vale Alimentação; Plano de Saúde; Plano Odontológico; Viva+ Plataforma de Saúde e Bem-estar; Galena- Plataforma de Ensino Online; Wellhub - Auxilio Academias; Transporte Gratuito; Refeição no Local; PPR.
