Toda vez que olhar para o céu para sonhar, nós estaremos lá. #OCéudoBrasilÉAzulJá pensou em continuar decolando sua carreira na Melhor Companhia Aérea do Mundo? 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:O Tripulante integrará o time de Manutenção de Linha em nossa base , que fica localizada em Bauru/SP.Como Técnico IV, você será responsável por:Executar atividades de manutenção de maior complexidade em aeronaves, dentro de sua área de habilitação.Atuar como referência técnica para os demais profissionais da equipe.Apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisões técnicas e na solução de ocorrências de manutenção.Orientar e desenvolver técnicos com menor experiência, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas.Realizar inspeções iniciais com base em Task Cards e procedimentos aplicáveis.Identificar e reportar discrepâncias, realizando a abertura de itens para futuras correções.Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança, qualidade e regulamentação aeronáutica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisa trazer na Bagagem (Pré-requisitos):Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência em manutenção de aeronaves.Possuir 3 CHTs válidas.Inglês Intermediário/avançado, com capacidade para leitura, interpretação e elaboração de documentos técnicos complexos.Sólido conhecimento técnico em manutenção aeronáutica.Perfil colaborativo, com habilidade para orientar equipes e atuar como multiplicador de conhecimento.Capacidade analítica e foco na excelência operacional.Será um diferencial se tiver:Line MaintenanceVivência em diagnóstico e troubleshooting de falhas complexas.Experiência atuando como referência técnica ou suporte à liderança.Curtiu nosso desafio?
