Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um profissional para atuar diretamente com o gestor, combinando execução de operações, desenvolvimento de teses de investimento e funções de ponta de mesa.Principais responsabilidadesPreparar e apresentar análises em comitês de gestão e revisões de estratégias de investimento no Brasil e no exterior.Monitorar os mercados local e internacional e executar operações em juros, câmbio, renda fixa, ações e derivativos.Elaborar e acompanhar teses de investimento, identificando oportunidades, riscos e catalisadores.Munir a mesa com notícias e informações técnicas sobre os ativos, acompanhando fluxos, spreads, liquidez, volumes e volatilidade.Manter interlocução com corretoras, bancos e equipes de research para acompanhamento de mercado e execução de operações.Produzir análises e relatórios de apoio à tomada de decisão.Apoiar ajustes de posições, hedges e rolagens das carteiras, observando as diretrizes da gestão e os limites de risco.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro;Certificação CGA ou CFA;Experiência em mesa de operações ou gestão de investimentos;Conhecimento dos mercados de juros e câmbio;Capacidade analítica e clareza para apresentar e discutir ideias de investimento;Proatividade, agilidade, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
