Quer mover a sua carreira na Motiva?A Motiva é o lugar certo para o seu talento, na qual você pode escolher o caminho que deseja seguir juntamente com uma empresa que promove a melhoria da qualidade de vida das pessoas por meio da mobilidade.Nos comprometemos em construir uma cultura cada vez mais diversa e valorizamos a inclusão de todas as pessoas independente de cor, etnia, religião, idade, identidade de gênero, orientação sexual ou deficiência, promovendo um ambiente inclusivo e com equidade de oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar nos estudos técnicos da via permanente, analisando condições geométricas, estruturais e de desgaste dos componentes da via.Apoiar na avaliação de dados de inspeções (geométricas, visuais e instrumentadas), identificando tendências de degradação e pontos críticos da via.Apoiar a revisão, padronização e melhoria contínua dos procedimentos de manutenção da via permanente.Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de planos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva.Apoiar e desenvolver estudos técnicos para planejamento de soldagem e substituição de trilhos longos (TLP), considerando vida útil, defeitos, histórico de falhas e criticidade operacional.Apoiar tecnicamente o planejamento de substituição, renovação ou intervenção em AMV’s.Apoiar na elaboração de análises técnicas, pareceres e relatórios para suporte à tomada de decisão da engenharia e da manutenção.Interface com equipes de operação, manutenção de campo, planejamento e engenharia, garantindo alinhamento técnico e operacional.Participar de vistorias em campo, acompanhando a execução de serviços e validando soluções técnicas adotadas.Apoiar na avaliação de impactos técnicos e operacionais de intervenções na via, propondo soluções seguras e economicamente viáveis.Apoiar o controle técnico de materiais (trilhos, dormentes, fixações, AMVs), garantindo aderência às especificações.Contribuir para a melhoria dos indicadores de desempenho da via permanente (disponibilidade, confiabilidade, falhas, restrições operacionais).

Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você: ✅ Formação superior completa em Engenharia Civil ou Mecânica; ✅ Experiência de 2 anos ou mais com manutenção de via permanente; ✅ Conhecimento avançado em Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel, PowerPoint e Word; ✅ Conhecimento técnico em trilhos, AMVs e geometria de via; ✅ Vivência em ambiente operacional ferroviário; ✅ Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com foco em solução de problemas. Você se destaca, se tiver: ✅ Experiência com análise de dados de inspeção de via permanente; ✅ Vivência com planejamento de substituição e renovação de trilhos e AMVs; ✅ Conhecimento em TLP, desgaste e defeitos de trilhos; ✅ Experiência com elaboração ou revisão de procedimentos e planos de manutenção; ✅ Conhecimento em normas e boas práticas aplicáveis à via permanente; ✅ Participação em projetos de melhoria contínua ou revisão de processos de manutenção de via.
