Procuramos um talento para atuar no time de Liability (RCG), responsável por cotar seguros para RCG/RC Obras, cuidando de uma grade de corretores.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Como será seu dia a dia:

Analisar o pipeline de oportunidades em conjunto com a liderança, identificando e priorizando contas aderentes ao apetite de subscrição da companhia;Realizar a cotação e análise de riscos de Responsabilidade Civil Geral (RCG) e Responsabilidade Civil Obras de média complexidade;Garantir o acompanhamento tempestivo das demandas e propostas encaminhadas aos corretores, assegurando qualidade e agilidade nas entregas;Com apoio da liderança, avaliar a melhor estratégia de subscrição para cada risco, considerando aspectos técnicos e comerciais;Atuar na análise e condução de renovações da carteira de Responsabilidade Civil;Apresentar perfil comercial e de relacionamento, com foco no atendimento e desenvolvimento de parcerias com corretores;

Requisitos e qualificações Como requisitos básicos, você deve ter:

Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Direito, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prévia em subscrição de riscos de Responsabilidade Civil Geral (RCG) e Responsabilidade Civil Obras; Conhecimento técnico em seguros de Responsabilidade Civil; Vivência em análise, cotação e renovação de riscos de Responsabilidade Civil; Habilidade de negociação e condução de tratativas comerciais; Perfil relacional, com facilidade para construir e manter relacionamentos com corretores e parceiros de negócios; Boa capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão; Proatividade, organização e senso de responsabilidade; Interesse e disponibilidade para aprendizado contínuo, atualização técnica e desenvolvimento profissional na linha de Responsabilidade Civil.

Experiência no relacionamento com corretores e canais de distribuição (será diferencial); Conhecimento das práticas de mercado e tendências em seguros de Responsabilidade Civil  (será diferencial);

Capacidade de equilibrar critérios técnicos e comerciais na subscrição de riscos  (será diferencial).
