Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar a rotina da VP Karla Marques, identificando oportunidades de conteúdo; Realizar captação de vídeos e fotos, principalmente para formatos verticais; Editar conteúdos para Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn e YouTube; Criar Reels, Stories, vídeos de bastidores e conteúdos em tempo real; Transformar viagens, eventos, reuniões e acontecimentos do dia a dia em histórias e conteúdos; Acompanhar tendências e referências de vídeo e redes sociais; Contribuir com ideias de pautas, roteiros e formatos; Organizar arquivos e materiais produzidos; Atuar com agilidade, discrição e confidencialidade.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência como Videomaker, Content Creator ou função similar; Portfólio de vídeos para redes sociais; Domínio de captação e edição de vídeo; Conhecimento de ferramentas como Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut ou similares; Olhar estético e noção de storytelling; Agilidade para produzir e editar conteúdos com prazos curtos; Repertório de redes sociais e tendências; Perfil proativo, criativo, organizado e com autonomia; Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar próximo a uma liderança executiva; Disponibilidade para viagens e flexibilidade de horário, incluindo finais de semana, quando necessário.

Será um diferencial

Experiência com conteúdo para executivos, CEOs ou personal branding; Conhecimento de fotografia, motion e equipamentos de vídeo; Experiência com cobertura de eventos e viagens; Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
