Wir suchen einen neuen Kollegin zur Verstärkung unseres Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement-Teams als freiberuflicher Dozent/in im Bereich Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Beginn ab März 2026. Deine Herausforderung:

Wir suchen einen engagierten und qualifizierten Dozenten/Ausbilder (m/w/d) für die theoretische Ausbildung von Kaufleuten für Büromanagement. Die Ausbildung erfolgt in sechs Teilqualifikationen. Sie werden unsere Teilnehmenden sowohl in der Theorie als auch in der Praxis unterstützen und begleiten.

Die Lehrverpflichtung umfasst die Vermittlung der Inhalte aller sechs Teilqualifikationen.

Deine Kernaktivitäten und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Theoretische Ausbildung in allen sechs TQ-Modulen
  • Prüfungsvorbereitung
  • Praxisbegleitung
  • Lehrmaterial-Erstellung und Aktualisierung
  • Evaluation & Feedback
  • Kooperation mit Fachbereichen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung MFA oder Studium im medizinischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld
  • AEVO oder pädagogische Eignung
  • Erfahrung in Schulungen
  • Kenntnisse relevanter MFA-Ausbildungsstandards
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Deutsch & Englisch C2
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse Windows, MS Office, Teams
  • Canvas, Blackboard Kenntnisse
