Estamos em busca de um(a) BDR / Inside Sales Estratégico para atuar em uma consultoria especializada em soluções ambientais e sustentabilidade para empresas.

Procuramos um profissional com forte perfil hunter, orientado para prospecção ativa e geração de novas oportunidades de negócios. Buscamos alguém que goste de construir relacionamento com clientes, tenha disciplina na gestão do pipeline comercial e queira desenvolver carreira em vendas consultivas B2B.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes, com foco em indústrias e empresas de diversos segmentos;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de prospecção outbound para geração de novas oportunidades;
  • Realizar abordagens por telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e plataformas de prospecção;
  • Pesquisar empresas, identificar tomadores de decisão e construir listas qualificadas de prospecção;
  • Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de negócio;
  • Agendar reuniões para a equipe comercial;
  • Alimentar e manter o CRM atualizado;
  • Construir relacionamento com potenciais clientes durante todo o processo de prospecção;
  • Contribuir para a expansão da carteira de clientes da consultoria.
  • Experiência em BDR, SDR, Inside Sales ou Pré-vendas B2B;
  • Experiência comprovada com prospecção ativa (Outbound);
  • Vivência com ferramentas de prospecção, como Snov.io, Driva, Apollo, Ramper ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em CRM (HubSpot ou similares);
  • Conhecimento sobre funil de vendas e qualificação de leads;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, disciplina e gestão do pipeline comercial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas para indústrias;
  • Vivência em consultorias, empresas de tecnologia ou serviços técnicos;
  • Conhecimento do segmento ambiental ou sustentabilidade;
  • Experiência na construção de cadências e estratégias de prospecção outbound;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de qualificação comercial (SPIN, BANT, GPCT, entre outras).

  • Perfil hunter, com forte orientação para prospecção ativa;
  • Alta energia, iniciativa e senso de urgência;
  • Facilidade para conversar com gestores e tomadores de decisão;
  • Persistência e resiliência diante de objeções;

  • Autonomia para desenvolver novas oportunidades;
  • Foco em resultados e metas comerciais;
