Nosso cliente é uma empresa familiar, com mais de 40 anos de atuação, em fase de estruturação e expansão de sua área comercial.

Buscamos um(a) Gerente Comercial com visão estratégica, capacidade de liderança e perfil construtor, que assuma o desafio de fortalecer a operação comercial no Sul do Brasil e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de um projeto de expansão nacional.

A posição terá atuação próxima à diretoria, liderando a equipe comercial e promovendo maior integração entre vendedores internos, representantes e áreas de suporte aos pedidos.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e implementar o planejamento comercial estratégico, tático e operacional;
  • Estruturar o plano anual de vendas, metas, indicadores e estratégias de crescimento;
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de vendedores internos e representantes comerciais;
  • Fortalecer a atuação comercial no Paraná, Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul, preparando a expansão para outras regiões do Brasil;
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar canais de vendas, incluindo representantes exclusivos e multimarcas;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho comercial, margens, resultados e indicadores de vendas;
  • Estruturar planos de ação para melhoria da produtividade, eficiência e qualidade dos processos comerciais;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de prospecção, relacionamento e expansão de mercado;
  • Analisar mercado, concorrência, preços, demanda e oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais e acompanhar políticas, contratos e investimentos promocionais;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a diretoria e demais áreas na definição e execução das estratégias de mercado;
  • Promover uma cultura comercial orientada a resultados, relacionamento com clientes e desenvolvimento sustentável do negócio.
  • Experiência consolidada em gestão comercial, preferencialmente em operações B2B;
  • Experiência na liderança de equipes comerciais e gestão de representantes;
  • Vivência com planejamento comercial, definição de metas, indicadores e acompanhamento de resultados;
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos e desenvolver uma operação em fase de crescimento;
  • Visão estratégica, habilidade de negociação e orientação para resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Matelândia/PR e viagens, conforme necessidade da função.

Um profissional com visão de negócio, liderança próxima e capacidade de execução, que tenha facilidade para atuar em uma empresa familiar, construir processos, desenvolver pessoas e transformar oportunidades de mercado em crescimento comercial. É importante ter maturidade para trabalhar em parceria com a diretoria, respeitando a história da empresa e contribuindo ativamente para sua próxima fase de desenvolvimento.
