À l’occasion de congés maternités proches des fondatrices, nous recherchons un directeur général / une directrice générale par intérim pour une durée de 4 mois entre janvier et mai 2027, qui comprendra une phase de passation pré et post congés.

Notre réseau compte aujourd’hui :

  • 4 centres à Paris et en Île-de-France
  • 50 000 patientes accompagnées chaque année
  • 60+ professionnels de santé constitués de sages-femmes, gynécologues, ostéopathes, psychologues, et diététiciennes.

Description du poste

Les missions confiées au directeur par intérim seront les suivantes :

  • assurer une continuité managériale auprès des deux directeurs de centres et du responsable administratif et financier
  • suivre le pilotage financier de chaque centre et du siège
  • conduire des entretiens de recrutements avec les professionnels de santé en coordination avec notre recruteuse
  • superviser l’ouverture de nos 4e et 5e centres en février et avril 2027
  • étudier les opportunités de développement apportées par nos partenaires immobiliers

Profil recherché

  • Expérience démontrée en direction des opérations dans le secteur de la santé ou du retail
  • Expérience dans le management d’équipes terrain
  • Aisance avec l’activité multi-sites

  • Siège basé à Clichy (92)
  • Déplacements occasionnels à prévoir dans les centres
