Qui sommes-nous ?

Les espaces Gynea sont des cabinets médicaux pluridisciplinaires spécialisés en santé de la femme. Ils regroupent des gynécologues, sages-femmes, psychologues, kinésithérapeutes & ostéopathes.

Nous recherchons un(e) secrétaire médical(e) en statut auto-entrepreneur pour venir renforcer nos équipes secrétariat de Paris 18, Pantin et Clichy, en journée semaine ainsi que ponctuellement en soirée et le week-end selon vos disponibilités.

La personne devra être disponible au minimum 2 fois par semaine, le poste est à pourvoir dès maintenant.

Description du poste

● Accueillir la patientèle en utilisant Doctolib et valider les données administratives

● Assurer le codage, l’encaissement et la télétransmission des consultations et actes effectués par les praticiens

● Assurer la stérilisation des instruments médicaux (formation prévue à cet effet)

● Assurer le remplissage des boxs des salles de consultation avec les consommables médicaux

● S’assurer que le cabinet est un lieu d’accueil agréable pour les patientes en procédant à des rangements et nettoyages pendant la journée

● Contribuer à la coordination avec les services administratifs

Critères de sélection

  • Avoir plaisir à accueillir les patientes et les orienter
  • Etre autonome et ponctuel
  • Démontrer une grande capacité d’écoute, d’empathie et d’organisation
  • Etre rigoureux et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Excellente présentation
  • Faire preuve d’un esprit positif et bienveillant

Autres informations

Poste à temps partiel à pourvoir dès que possible. Statut auto-entrepreneur. Il faut pouvoir se rendre disponible en journée (horaires compris entre 8h30 et 19h30) et quelques soirées par semaine (18h-22h) (hors vendredi), en fonction de la demande.
