Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Garçom(a), contribuindo diretamente para uma experiência acolhedora, ágil e memorável para cada cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Recepcionar os clientes com cordialidade, atenção e simpatia;
  • Apresentar o cardápio e esclarecer dúvidas sobre os pratos e bebidas;
  • Registrar os pedidos com atenção e precisão, utilizando sistema ou comanda;
  • Servir alimentos e bebidas de acordo com os padrões de qualidade e atendimento da casa;
  • Realizar a montagem e organização das mesas, garantindo o correto mise-en-place;
  • Acompanhar as necessidades dos clientes durante o atendimento;
  • Realizar o fechamento das contas e o processamento dos pagamentos;
  • Manter o salão limpo, organizado e preparado durante todo o turno;
  • Zelar pela qualidade do atendimento e contribuir para um ambiente agradável e acolhedor.

Para se tornar parte desse time de excelência, precisamos de um(a) candidato(a) que possua:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior como Garçom(a), atendente ou em atividades relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente será considerada um diferencial;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em diferentes horários e em escala, conforme a necessidade da operação;
  • Boa comunicação, cordialidade e facilidade para lidar com o público;
  • Agilidade, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Comprometimento com horários, normas e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e contribuir para um ambiente colaborativo;
  • Interesse em oferecer um atendimento de qualidade e proporcionar uma boa experiência aos clientes.
