Estamos em busca de um Meio Oficial de Cozinha talentoso, apaixonado por culinária e criativo para se juntar à nossa equipe!

Como Meio Oficial de Cozinha, você terá um papel essencial na preparação e finalização dos pratos, atuando em suporte direto ao Chef e aos cozinheiros da casa. Contribuirá ativamente para a qualidade gastronômica, agilidade da rotina e manutenção dos padrões de excelência.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, ágil, comprometida com a qualidade, com paixão pela gastronomia e constante disposição para aprender e evoluir com a equipe.

Localização: Rua Henrique Schaumann, 566 - Pinheiros

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar o Chef e a equipe de cozinha na preparação de pratos deliciosos, seguindo as receitas e técnicas estabelecidas;
  • Apoiar na montagem e decoração dos pratos com foco na padronização e boa apresentação;
  • Manter a organização e a higiene da área de trabalho, seguindo rigorosamente as normas de segurança alimentar;
  • Apoiar no recebimento, conferência e armazenamento adequado dos insumos;
  • Contribuir com ideias e sugestões para melhorar os processos e a eficiência da cozinha;
  • Auxiliar nas demais demandas operacionais do setor durante os turnos de serviço.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia mínima de 1 ano em cozinha profissional, preferencialmente em restaurantes ou bares;
  • Conhecimento básico em técnicas de preparo, cortes e montagem de pratos;
  • Boa organização, agilidade e comprometimento com os padrões de qualidade e segurança alimentar;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escala, incluindo período noturno, finais de semana e feriados;
  • Ter 18 anos ou mais.

Será considerado um diferencial

  • Curso técnico ou superior (em andamento ou concluído) em Gastronomia ou Artes Culinárias;
  • Experiência em praças específicas de cozinha (grelha, saladas, empratamento);
  • Cursos e certificações em Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos.
