A FXN Capital está buscando uma pessoa para integrar nosso time de Operações, atuando diretamente no acompanhamento e na formalização das operações financeiras realizadas pela empresa, desde o cadastro e a documentação até a liquidação.

Buscamos alguém organizado, analítico, cuidadoso com informações e documentos e, principalmente, que goste de fechar conta. A principal missão da posição será garantir que cada operação saia certa, no prazo e com a documentação completa.

Principais atividades

* Conferência de documentos cadastrais de clientes e acompanhamento de pendências até a aprovação * Cadastro de clientes, cedentes, sacados e operações nos sistemas * Apoio na formalização de contratos, CCBs, cessões e demais instrumentos * Conferência de recebíveis, contratos e documentação antes da liberação dos recursos * Acompanhamento das operações até a efetiva liquidação, incluindo recebimentos e conciliação * Apoio à rotina de cobrança e ao acompanhamento de títulos vencidos * Organização dos arquivos das operações e atualização de controles internos e sistemas * Interface com as áreas Comercial, Crédito, Controladoria e parceiros financeiros

* Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes * Perfil analítico e facilidade com números * Domínio de Excel/Google Sheets e facilidade com sistemas * Boa comunicação escrita * Capacidade de acompanhar diferentes operações ao mesmo tempo * Autonomia para investigar uma divergência até achar a causa * Interesse por mercado financeiro, crédito e operações estruturadas * Formação concluída ou em curso em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças ou áreas relacionadas

Experiência anterior em instituições financeiras, fintechs, FIDCs, securitizadoras, factoring, cobrança ou áreas de crédito e operações será considerada um diferencial.
