Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no monitoramento e na inspeção dos processos produtivos, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, das boas práticas de fabricação (BPF) e dos requisitos de segurança dos alimentos.

Principais responsabilidades:

Acompanhar as etapas do processo produtivo, verificando o cumprimento dos procedimentos e identificando possíveis desvios; Realizar inspeções de matérias-primas, materiais recebidos, condições de armazenamento e produtos acabados; Executar controles de qualidade, incluindo coleta de amostras e monitoramento de temperatura; Verificar o cumprimento das boas práticas de fabricação (BPF), das normas de higiene e do uso adequado de uniformes e EPIs; Acompanhar a higienização de equipamentos e áreas produtivas, bem como as condições sanitárias de fabricação; Identificar, registrar e comunicar não conformidades, apoiando a investigação de causas e o acompanhamento das ações corretivas; Preencher checklists, formulários e planilhas, mantendo os registros e documentos da qualidade atualizados; Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, organizando evidências e acompanhando a resolução de apontamentos; Acompanhar o controle de pragas e verificar o cumprimento dos procedimentos e das medidas preventivas estabelecidas. Perfil desejado: Profissional atento(a) aos detalhes, organizado(a) e com senso de responsabilidade, capaz de identificar desvios, seguir procedimentos e contribuir para a manutenção dos padrões de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos.

Escolaridade Ensino médio completo. Desejável curso técnico em Alimentos, Qualidade, Química, Agroindústria ou áreas correlatas. Experiência Desejável experiência em inspeção da qualidade, controle de processos produtivos ou indústria de alimentos. Vivência com Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), inspeção de matérias-primas e produtos acabados será considerada um diferencial.

VR ou VA, VT ou Aux. comb., cesta básica considerável, plano saúde após período exp.
