The posting

Atuar no suporte aos processos de remuneração variável da força de vendas da VIC Engenharia, contribuindo para a correta apuração, conferência e controle das comissões dos corretores.

A posição terá contato frequente com informações do CV CRM e demais controles da área comercial, apoiando o fechamento das comissões e o tratamento de dúvidas e inconsistências relacionadas aos pagamentos.

Principais responsabilidades Apoiar a apuração mensal das comissões e demais remunerações variáveis dos corretores; Realizar conferências de vendas, percentuais, valores e critérios de elegibilidade para pagamento; Consultar e validar informações registradas no CV CRM; Atualizar planilhas, controles e bases utilizadas no processo de comissionamento; Identificar divergências entre vendas realizadas, regras comerciais e valores calculados; Apoiar o tratamento de ajustes, pendências e exceções; Prestar suporte às dúvidas dos corretores e das equipes comerciais relacionadas às comissões; Apoiar a interface com as áreas Comercial, Financeira e de Sistemas; Organizar documentos, bases e evidências relacionadas aos cálculos realizados; Acompanhar prazos e apoiar o fechamento mensal da remuneração variável; Contribuir para a padronização dos controles e melhoria dos processos da área.

Requisitos Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas; Excel intermediário; Facilidade com números, cálculos e controles; Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes; Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos; Interesse em atuar com processos comerciais e remuneração variável. Diferenciais Experiência anterior com comissionamento, remuneração variável, financeiro ou operações comerciais; Vivência com CRM ou sistemas comerciais; Conhecimento do CV CRM / Construtor de Vendas; Experiência no mercado imobiliário, incorporação ou construção civil; Conhecimento de TOTVS.
