L’entreprise intervient sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de l’habitat à travers plusieurs activités complémentaires : bailleur social, accession à la propriété, mandat de gestion et gestion de locaux commerciaux et professionnels.

Engagée dans une mission d’utilité sociale, Habitation Moderne développe des projets immobiliers durables et de qualité, au service des habitants et des territoires.

Nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) de proximité H/F en CDI.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Patrimoine et de la Proximité, au sein du Département Proximité, vous assurez la gestion administrative du pôle et contribuez, en lien étroit avec le responsable du département et les équipes de terrain, à la qualité du service apporté aux locataires.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

· Traiter les demandes et réclamations de proximité des locataires, en lien avec le responsable du département et les équipes de terrain, et assurer la rédaction des courriers, notes d’information et documents associés.

· Assurer le suivi administratif des réclamations, notamment leur saisie dans le progiciel dédié et le suivi des réponses apportées à la suite des interventions ou médiations réalisées sur le terrain.

· Gérer le suivi administratif des états des lieux entrants, avec la préparation des dossiers, la saisie des informations dans le progiciel et la tenue des tableaux de bord, en coordination avec les services concernés.

· Suivre les opérations de facturation relevant du pôle proximité, notamment les prestations de nettoyage, l’enlèvement des encombrants ou les interventions imputables aux locataires.

· Traiter administrativement les bons de travaux liés aux interventions des gardiens, notamment par le contrôle des bons, leur saisie dans le progiciel dédié et le suivi des éléments associés.

· Contribuer au bon fonctionnement administratif du département, à travers l’élaboration et le suivi de tableaux de bord, la création de dossiers techniques lors de la livraison de nouveaux logements ainsi que le classement et l’archivage des documents.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

· Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation de niveau Bac professionnel à Bac +2 dans le domaine du secrétariat, de l’assistanat ou de la gestion administrative, et justifiez d’au moins deux ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

· Vous disposez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles et maîtrisez la communication orale et écrite.

· Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et savez vous approprier rapidement des logiciels métiers.

· Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de réactivité, avec la capacité à hiérarchiser les demandes, gérer les priorités et travailler en autonomie.

· Vous disposez d’un sens de l’écoute, de diplomatie et de discrétion professionnelle, et appréciez le travail en équipe.
