L’entreprise intervient sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de l’habitat à travers plusieurs activités complémentaires : bailleur social, accession à la propriété, mandat de gestion et gestion de locaux commerciaux et professionnels.

Engagée dans une mission d’utilité sociale, Habitation moderne développe des projets immobiliers durables et de qualité, au service des habitants et des territoires.

Nous recrutons notre futur(e) Chargé(e) de secteur (H/F) en CDI.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Patrimoine et de la Proximité, vous représentez Habitation Moderne sur le terrain. Vous contribuez à préserver la qualité de vie, la tranquillité et la propreté du secteur dont vous avez la charge.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Vous contrôlez la propreté des parties communes, réalisez des tournées de patrimoine et assurez le suivi des prestataires de nettoyage. Vous prenez également en charge les réclamations de premier niveau relatives aux nuisibles : commande des prestations, coordination des interventions et suivi du processus de désinsectisation avec les locataires et les prestataires.

Vous repérez et signalez toute anomalie constatée dans les bâtiments et locaux d’Habitation moderne : sinistres, dégradations, occupations illicites, actes de vandalisme ou problèmes de sécurité.

Vous réalisez les états des lieux d’entrée et établissez les documents associés. Vous veillez au respect du règlement intérieur des immeubles et contribuez à la sûreté du quartier. Vous conduisez des médiations de premier niveau, réalisez des enquêtes de voisinage et effectuez des visites périodiques du patrimoine.

Lors de permanences physiques, vous accueillez, informez et renseignez les locataires, et apportez une première réponse à leurs demandes. Vous participez aux réunions organisées à l’échelle du quartier, notamment aux cellules de veille, et en rédigez les comptes rendus. Vous accueillez et renseignez également les différents intervenants, notamment les services de police et de secours.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 et/ou justifiez d’au moins trois ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

Une expérience de la médiation de proximité est souhaitée.

Reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service et de la qualité, vous faites preuve d’écoute, d’observation et de discernement. Votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à gérer des situations sensibles vous permettent d’instaurer un dialogue constructif avec les locataires et les partenaires.

Le permis B ainsi que la possession d’un véhicule personnel sont indispensables pour ce poste. Une contrepartie financière est prévue à cet effet.
