Join Haddad GMC as an Automotive Sales BDC Representative and become a vital part of our team in Adams, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales department by managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff and follow up with customers to confirm
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
  • Assist in lead generation and qualification to support the sales team
  • Provide timely responses to customer questions regarding vehicle availability, financing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or BDC preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software
  • A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
