Join Haddad GMC as an Automotive Express Lube Technician and play a key role in delivering fast, reliable maintenance services to our customers in Adams, MA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic dealership environment, where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. You will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventive maintenance services promptly and accurately.
  • Inspect vehicles for any visible mechanical issues and report findings to the service advisor or technician.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers professionally and effectively.
  • Assist with other light automotive repair tasks as needed under supervision.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an express lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
