Haddad GMC is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Adams, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure exceptional performance and safety. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong knowledge of automotive systems and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other automotive systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately
  • Communicate findings and repair strategies clearly with service advisors and customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations
  • Stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician, ideally in a dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools proficiently
  • ASE certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
